At The Southern Door, we want your order to arrive safely, quickly, and with a smile. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we handle shipping and delivery.

Processing Times

All orders are made to order and typically ship within 3–7 business days. During peak seasons (like holidays or major sales), processing times may take a little longer — but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving smoothly.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a tracking email as soon as your package ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days (after processing)

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (where available)

Currently, we ship within the United States only.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear online.

If you haven’t received your tracking information after 7 business days, please reach out to us at support@thesoutherndoor.store.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of delivery so we can make it right.

While shipping carriers sometimes experience delays beyond our control, we’ll always do what we can to help you locate your package or send a replacement if needed.

Returns Due to Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will incur additional reshipping fees.

Made Just for You

Each product is printed or embroidered specifically for your order, which helps reduce waste and keep things sustainable. Because of this, we can’t offer changes or cancellations once production begins — so make sure to double-check sizes and details before completing checkout.
